Today's fishin trip

We decided to take the kids down the road to our pond. It's just hard to get to it cause the grass is over our heads....and the fact that there is an alligator that lives in it, doesn't make it a very appealing place to go fishing...but we took a chance and we caught a bunch of fish but threw them all back cause they were all small and their color is weird. I just don't feel safe eating them. So it was just a fun catch and release time. The kids love it. We will get the chance to take them to Catfish Heaven once their cousins Monnica and Seth come in from Texas. (then we will catch and keep, then eat them:-) So here are a few pictures




This is the alligator that lives in our pond...it's very curious, but stays pretty far away...so far...Still makes us nervous though.
