Isaac has finally arrived!!!

Isaac Samuel has finally arrived. He was born November 10th at 1:40 p.m. weighing in at 8Ibs 3 oz and 20 in. long.
Emily didn't want to have anything to do with him at first. She wouldn't look at him and didn't want to be near him. But as soon as we got home with him she asked to hold him and now she is attached! She says he is HER baby:-) Jon Michael and Ashlynn are loving him. They love to hold him, and they are a big help!
Thanks so much for all the prayers throughout my pregnancy! They tested my thyroids after he was born, and everything is BACK TO NORMAL!!! I don't have to take the medicine any more!!! Praise God! Isaac is doing perfect too! Completely healthy! Here are some pictures:

Preggo's

Well, these fun 9 months are coming to an end...It has been so cool to be able to share it with my sister Heidi. It wasn't planned to be this way but God had a plan, and it has been awesome! And the fact that we are both having boys, is so cool:-) I'm going to be induced Monday. Heidi is due the week after my due date, I think like the 26th of this month. So by the end of November we will have 2 new baby boys in the family-Isaac and Hayden. God is so good!

The Joys of Motherhood

I was tucking Jon Michael into bed and he decided to lecture me on "taking it easy". He said "mom, I don't want you doing any more work around the house. You are pregnant, and need to relax on the couch. Let us do everything for you!" And then as I was walking out of his room he said "goodnight princess!" Talk about made my day!!! But I do have to say....that is learned behavior from his dad.
I'm so blessed to have such an awesome husband who sets the example for our son. Those are things Jonathan says to me and he always calls our girls his princesses. I'm excited about the young man Jon Michael is turning into! We are so blessed! He is growing in the Lord each day and asking questions, wanting to learn more about God. All of our kids are such a blessing to us!! Being a parent ROCKS! :-) Praise God for this most awesome opportunity to raise a family, and we are able to teach them about the Lord, and show them how to be servants! This is awesome!
